Live Event Painting
Live event painting turns timeless moments into timeless masterpieces! I am proud to create stunning, fully-rendered paintings in front of you and your guests. This interactive and dynamic experience draws audiences of all ages into the mesmerizing process of witnessing a painting come to life, fostering a sense of community and connection with the celebration! The Process
on the Day of your Event
The day of your event, I will arrive at your venue between 2-3 hours before the start time to set up and paint out the background of your scene. At the time of your selected moment, I will take photos and videos to use as references and then move over to the reception site, if I am not there already! I'll continue to paint until the piece is entirely complete, or at a great stopping point. In most cases, you will be able to take home the completed painting that night, but this is not guaranteed. If I do finish the painting, I’ll leave it in a custom-sized box for safe transportation, as well as a small care packet with more information on how to care for your piece.
If additional painting time is needed, I will bring the piece home to complete in my studio. The painting will then be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Artistic Style
Working from 10+ years of fine arts experience using acrylics, I have mastered the style of romanticized realism, ensuring that each piece looks as though it was drawn straight from a storybook. My attention to detail guarantees that a variety of elements, both big and small (florals, cakes, arch’s, etc) can make an appearance in one piece in a believable way. My portraits skillfully capture the likenesses of my clients, ensuring that every figure is entirely recognizable. A lover of warm glows, vibrant colors, and dynamic compositions, my work creates a show stopping painting to decorate any home.
I work closely with my clients to plan out their painting a month prior to the big day. The pre-event consultation call will evoke a vision for the painting from clients with all levels of familiarity with the arts.

Personality
Sometimes the most unexpected energizers to any event can come from the day’s vendors! With my joyful and vibrant personality, I am a fabulous addition to any party. I eagerly encourage guests to ask questions, take photos, share their own art, and engage with the artistic process as much as possible. One of my favorite ways to involve guests is to put a brush in their hands and allow them to embrace their own inner artist. From 1-101, no one is left out of the opportunity to help bring the painting to life under my guidance and care!

As a solo artist, I have limited availability for dates. Before proceeding to the inquiry page, please check the calendar below to see if I am open for your day! All booked days will be indicated.
If you are worried that I will not be free to paint for you, consider commissioning a studio painting from your favorite wedding or engagement photos instead!

Booking Policy and Travel
Travel costs and sales tax are not included in the pricing listed above. I will book all of the travel myself, providing you with a travel estimate prior to booking.
I offer two payment plans- 100% payment submitted upfront, or half upfront, along with the full travel fee and the signed contract, and half up to two months before the event. All initial invoices and contracts must be submitted within one week of receiving them to secure the date.
