The Process: Day-Of
On the day of your celebration, I’ll arrive 1–2 hours before the festivities begin to set up and begin painting the backdrop of your scene, capturing the atmosphere and energy as guests arrive.
When your chosen moment unfolds, I’ll discreetly capture photos and videos for reference before continuing the painting, either on-site or at your reception.
Throughout the evening, I’ll bring your love story to life in paint, layering color, light, and emotion until the piece reaches a beautiful place of completion.
In most cases, you’ll be able to take your finished painting home that night, carefully packaged in a custom-sized box with a small care packet to help you preserve it for years to come. If additional time is needed, I’ll take the piece back to my studio to add the final touches and ship it to you securely and at no additional cost.

Availability
As a solo artist, I accept a limited number of events each year to ensure every couple receives my full creative attention. Please include your event date when inquiring so I can confirm my availability.
If your date is already booked, you’re still welcome to commemorate your love story with a custom studio painting created from your favorite wedding or engagement photos—a timeless keepsake with all the same artistry and heart.

Booking and Travel Policies
**Travel costs and sales tax are not included in the pricing listed above. I will book all of the travel myself, providing you with a travel estimate prior to booking.
**I offer two payment plans- 100% payment submitted upfront, or half upfront, along with the full travel fee and the signed contract, and half up to two months before the event. All initial invoices and contracts must be submitted within one week of receiving them to secure the date.
