The Experience

On the day of your event, I’ll arrive 1 hour before the festivities begin to set up and get settled before guests arrive. 

​

When the event begins:

  1. Guests visit the portrait station.

  2. I'll take a quick reference photo of them.

  3. I'll spend 5-10 minutes painting their portrait live during the event.

  4. Finished portraits are displayed in protective sleeves.

  5. Guests pick up their artwork whenever they’re ready.​

​

No long waits. No formal posing. Just beautiful, hand-painted keepsakes created in real time.

The Investment

This Includes:

  • 4–6 hours of live guest portrait painting

  • 5x7" watercolor portraits on archival quality paper

  • Approximately 30–60 portraits (depending on event length)

  • 5 additional studio hours to complete unfinished portraits

  • Protective sleeves for each piece

  • Free shipping of remaining portraits to the client after the event

Booking and Travel Policies

**Travel costs and sales tax are not included in the pricing listed above. I will book all of the travel myself, providing you with a travel estimate prior to booking. 

​

**I offer two payment plans- 100% payment submitted upfront, or half upfront, along with the full travel fee and the signed contract, and half up to two months before the event. All initial invoices and contracts must be submitted within one week of receiving them to secure the date.
